Pricing Structure
QuickEasy Software uses the US Dollar as a basis to set their software licence fees. As Agents, we offer QuickEasy BOS at the same price but converted to South African Rand, for the South African market. For our international client's, the US$ rate applies.
Pricing Cycle
QuickEasy Software will review pricing before November and publish changes, if any, so that it takes effect from November to October the following year.
Rate of Exchange - South Africa
While we will invoice monthly, the RoE will not fluctuate during a Pricing Cycle and will be determined by the lowest of the following:
- Average exchange rate over the past 12 months (from July to August)
- Current exchange rate as at 31 August
RoE for November 2023 - October 2024
- Average Rate of Exchange (July 2022 - August 2023) = ZAR18.146/USD
- Exchange rate as at 31 August 2023 = ZAR18.866/USD
The RoE as determined by QuickEasy Software has therefore been set to ZAR18.146/USD for the Nov 2023 to Oct 2024 Pricing Cycle.

*** QuickEasy Software, the developers of QuickEasy BOS, offer a central Helpdesk for all customers, regardless of Agency affiliation. As a value-added service, we offer our own in-house Support Desk for personalised assistance.
